Requesting Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) For Orders Shipped Within Last 30 Days
Meraki Inc. strives for customer satisfaction and will accept returns for products that are less than 30 days old. Customers wishing to return merchance to Meraki must send an email to returns@meraki.com and request a RMA before returning the product. Meraki will accept returns for units in new and resalable condition. Please provide the following to get an RMA number:
- Customer name
- Original order number
- Date of purchase
- Shipping address
- Email address as registered on Meraki's dashboard
- Number of units to be returned
- Type of unit (Meraki Mini or Meraki Outdoor)
- Serial number of returned units
- Short description of why you are returning the units
Shipping procedure:
- Once you have received an RMA number from Meraki, include that number in BIG BOLD FACE letters on the return shipment. Failure to do so, may delay your refund.
- Verify that any local configurations have been removed such as a static IP address. This only applies if you originally defined a static IP address to you gateway node.
- Package your merchandise in the original packaging
- Customer will be responsible for paying for shipment back to Meraki Inc. through their carrier of choice.
- Label the outside of the package with:
- Meraki Returns
- RMA #XXXX (where #XXXX is your RMA number)

- Meraki Inc. recommends that the return package has a tracking number and is insured for the proper value of its contents.
