Smart automatic frequency selection and optimization algorithms make it possible to cover entire cities while automatically avoiding interference and other slowdowns. By using advanced MIMO antenna technology and modulation selection techniques, the MR58 can also drive weaker links at high data rates.Cover Large Areas and Long DistancesWith two radios dedicated to high-throughput mesh connections, the Meraki MR58 can create very large mesh networks with up to 5 hops, little bandwidth degradation, and using only a limited number of Internet connections. One, two, or all three radios can be equipped with optional directional antenna accessories to create long distance mesh links of up to 20 km with clear line of sight.Deploys FastFlexible mounting kits and LED feedback make it quick to mount the Meraki MR58 on walls, roofs, poles, towers, and other locations. The MR58 also detects an internet connection automatically without any additional need for on-site configuration.
